The Double Tax Treaty celebrated between Portugal and Israel has now entered into force.

It became public, through the publication of Notice nr 94/2008 on June 13 2008, that the respective internal constitutional formalities towards the approval of the double tax treaty between Portugal and Israel have been concluded.

In terms of nr 28 of the Treaty, this one entered into force on the 18th of February 2008.
