| PRIME JOVEM [Young Generations] |
PRIME Jovem comprises a set of programs and measures to support young entrepreneurs through the Incentive Programme for Economic Modernisation - PRIME to encourage entrepreneurship and to profit from the dynamism, capacities and capabilities of the younger generations. |
To apply for PRIME Jovem means: |

To profit from special top-ups on the incentive rates of the main measures of PRIME, which results in the allocation of a larger incentive: |
| - SIPIE - 5% top-up; |
| - SIME - 5% top-up; |
 |
To benefit from specific support schemes for investment in vocational training, under the scope of PRIME Area 2 measures - qualification of human resources, through individual training projects or through programmes to promote training, under the scope of themed competitions for management training aimed at new entrepreneurs; |

To obtain a positive discrimination in the selection of projects in PRIME aimed at stimulating research, technological development and innovation, namely via the IDEA and EXECUTIVES Programmes, DEMTEC (Incentive Scheme for the Implementation of Pilot Projects related to Technologically Innovative Products, Processes and Systems) and NITEC (Incentive Scheme for the creation of Research and Technological Development Clusters within the Business Sector); |

To have privileged conditions for obtaining the designation of "NEST Enterprise", thus benefiting from an easier access to public and private risk capital instruments that make the start-up of new businesses with a high technological component, potential and viability, feasible and more likely; |

To have a specific appropriation in Risk Capital available - EUR 15 million from the Risk Capital Syndication Fund are exclusively reserved for projects submitted by young entrepreneurs; |
 |
To participate in an on-line Ideas Exchange that combines supply and demand for good ideas and for resources, in which any young entrepreneur may present his/her project and find a public or private investor that provides the resources necessary to implement it. |
